Structural Design
Top layer: Typically made of skin-friendly materials such as thermal-bonded nonwoven fabric combined with viscose fiber layers. The thermal-bonded fabric provides softness while maintaining surface dryness, while the viscose layer facilitates rapid fluid transfer to the absorption core.
Fluid-guiding absorption zone and lifting section: The central fluid-guiding zone extends backward to form an adjustable lifting section, both constructed with thermal-bonded fabric and viscose layers. The absorption zone features specialized channels to direct menstrual flow toward the core, while the customizable lifting section allows users to adjust height for optimal groin fit and posterior leakage prevention.
Absorption core:Comprising dual-layer soft nonwoven fabric enclosing a specialized core structure. The core combines cross-layered plant fibers with superabsorbent polymers (SAP), where the thermally compressed fibrous network provides structural integrity while SAP particles ensure high absorption capacity. This design maintains core stability even when saturated, preventing breakage, clumping or displacement.
Backsheet: Features excellent breathability and leak-proof properties, preventing fluid penetration while allowing air circulation to reduce stuffiness.
3D protective wings and elastic leak-proof edges: Raised side barriers with suspended cores containing absorption chambers, floating flaps and SAP significantly enhance side leakage protection. Elastic edges with integrated rubber bands ensure secure skin contact for improved side leakage prevention.
